Job description

Person of interest will ensure proper flow of office procedures, and support the office directors by carrying out common office duties. He will maintain a positive and friendly company image by acting as the first line of contact to visitors, customers and vendors in person, online and via telephone


  1. Communicate with relevant agencies to produce travel itineraries for business directors and employee events
  2. Arrange meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times, booking rooms, and proper refreshments.
  3. Manage correspondence by answering emails and sorting emails
  4. Assist in planning and managing events including organizing catering
  5. Handling expenses and billing cycle
  6. Manages reception area and looks after visitors
  7. Answering phone calls and transferring them as necessary
  8. Draft, format and print relevant document
  9. Maintain stock list and order office supplies as needed
  10. Manages staff expenses requests
  11. Interact with directors and carries out their request
  12. Creates agenda and takes meeting notes
  13. Assists in purchase orders and invoicing
  14. Maintains accurate level for employee holiday request
  15. Manages outgoing posts and records data on special deliveries
  16. Photocopies and file appropriate documents as needed
  17. Attends workshops and conferences when requested
  18. May take care of website functioning and social media profiles

Skills and Qualifications


  • Must be a degree holder, preferably, Human Resource Administration, and other related fields.
  • Must have completed National Service
  • Strong attention to detail

The person of interest should be:

  • Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories
  • Collaborating with management on goals, planning, and forecasting
  • Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities
  • Develop proposals, arrange and effect business meetings with prospective clients
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers in order to strengthen loyalty
  • Develop strategic plans to achieve quarterly clients (vendors) goals
  • Provide a documented research into sales and marketing strategies in other companies to determine the best methods of promoting Wodwaso services
  • Report to administrator on the availability of new marketing strategy
  • Plan and work towards meeting target and budget
  • Spot and seize commercial opportunities
  • Stay abreast of the market conditions and trends in the field statements of E-commerce
  • Perform other duties assigned to you by your Superior


Qualification and Requirements

A minimum of degree in research, marketing, strategic planning and related fields is required

Must have at least 1-3 year work experience (preferably sales and marketing)

Must be eloquent and quick decision maker

Must have a good command of the English language, both oral and written

Ability to speak two (2) or more local languages is an advantage

Candidates must be enthusiastic, vibrant, comfortable working with the public and should be able to work with minimum supervision


Job Description

He or She is responsible for the day to day running of the shop as they perform the following duties;

  • Receive and sort orders from customers through the web application
  • Direct, manage and control purchasing officers to achieve satisfactory items
  • Organize meeting with market queens to address issues on matters of concern
  • Liaise with market queens to achieve the highest negotiable profit margin
  • Provide report to the administrator on daily transactions
  • Ensure compulsory adherence to Wodwaso regulations
  • Ensure time bound pick – ups and delivery of goods by courier


  • Must be IT proficient
  • Must be a degree holder and have completed National service
  • Must not be bonded to any company by employment
  • Must have good communication skills
  • Must have good control of the English language, both oral and written
  • Ability to speak not less than 2 local languages is an added advantage
  • Must be young and innovative
  • Must be able to work with people of different background


  • Report to the shop manager for all duties assigned
  • Sorting out and bagging of items purchased for courier
  • Maintaining clean and secure working environment


  • Must be willing to abide by Wodwaso rules and regulations.
  • Must be literate with the basic ability to read and write
  • Must be young and adventurous
  • Must have completed SHS


  • Writing PVS and Cheques
  • Receiving and banking cash and Cheques
  • Maintain financial policies and regulations
  • Keep proper accounting records
  • Reconcile system inflows with outflows
  • Prepare bank reconciliation periodically
  • Will also work closely with the Internal Auditor
  • Any other work assigned by the Finance Manager
  • Should be able to prepare financial reports, including cash flow statements
  • Maintenance of imprest and Petty cash



  • Should have at least HND in business administration, finance and related fields
  • Must have at least 2 years working experience in related field
  • Must be computer literate with upper hands on Microsoft office word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Should be able to use Tally Accounting Software
  • Must be able to communicate defend and justify financial reports for decision making
  • Must be able to communicate well in English, both oral and written
